To monitor and measure the effectiveness of their activities.
Actions
Starting with a one-day review for growth, we worked with the team to review their goals and objectives. From this we developed a marketing plan and framework that we are helping them to implement through mentoring and coaching. We set up their marketing systems We reviewed their current marketing material and made recommendations on improvements and additional material that is necessary. Working with a graphic designer we managed and co-ordinated the development of a new Logo and a corporate folder. We are writing copy for sales letters, marketing materials. case studies and the web site. Working with a PR Agency we are co-ordinating PR into our activities. We manage regular review meeting to monitor progress and results adapting th eprogramme where necessary.
